# Behind the Production: H.E.L.F., HUGEL’s Global Medical Aesthetics Forum

### Integrated stage, audiovisual, camera, lighting, and live show production for a professional symposium featuring actress and brand ambassador Go Joon-hee

Professional events in the medical and aesthetics industries require more than an attractive stage. They demand clarity, credibility, precise technical execution, and a production environment that reflects the quality of the organization behind the program.

For H.E.L.F., HUGEL’s global medical aesthetics forum, Sublime delivered an integrated production environment that brought together stage design, multi-screen visuals, audio, lighting, live cameras, content playback, and on-site show control.

The event combined professional presentations, branded content, live camera production, and a special appearance by Korean actress and brand ambassador Go Joon-hee. Every production element needed to support the program while presenting HUGEL’s brand with consistency and impact.

## About HUGEL and H.E.L.F.

HUGEL is a global medical aesthetics company specializing in products such as botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, skin boosters, absorbable threads, and professional skincare solutions.

H.E.L.F., which stands for Hugel Expert Leader’s Forum, is the company’s global academic symposium for medical aesthetics and plastic surgery professionals. Since its launch in Seoul in 2013, the forum has expanded internationally, creating a platform where medical professionals and industry leaders can exchange knowledge, clinical perspectives, and the latest developments in aesthetic medicine.

This made the event more than a traditional corporate presentation. It needed to function as a professional conference, an international brand experience, and a live media environment at the same time.

## Designing a Stage Around the Brand

The visual concept was developed around a panoramic central screen supported by two additional side displays. The central screen created a strong focal point, while the side screens improved visibility and maintained visual continuity throughout the room.

A deep blue scenic environment connected the screen architecture, stage, lighting, and HUGEL branding. Instead of treating the screens as separate technical components, they were integrated into the overall stage design.

The wide-format visual system supported presentation graphics, logos, speaker materials, branded transitions, and live camera feeds. This allowed the content to change throughout the program without losing the event’s visual identity.

The result was a clean and contemporary environment that felt appropriate for both an international medical symposium and a premium brand experience.

## An Integrated Technical Production System

Behind the stage was a coordinated technical system connecting audio, video, lighting, cameras, and show control.

The audio system was designed to deliver clear, natural speech throughout the venue. Wireless microphones gave presenters and special guests the freedom to move comfortably while maintaining consistent audio quality.

Lighting was balanced to preserve the signature blue atmosphere of the event while properly illuminating speakers for both the audience and cameras. The objective was not simply to make the room brighter, but to create depth, direct attention, and maintain natural on-camera skin tones.

Multiple camera positions supported professional coverage of the presentations and guest appearances. At the production control position, operators managed camera feeds, screen content, audio levels, lighting cues, and program transitions in real time.

Each department had a specialized role, but every system operated under one production direction. For the audience, the result was a single, seamless experience.

## A Special Appearance by Go Joon-hee

One of the featured moments of the program was a special appearance by Korean actress Go Joon-hee, who joined the event as a HUGEL brand ambassador.

A high-profile guest appearance requires detailed coordination. Entrance timing, microphone handoff, lighting changes, screen content, camera framing, and communication between the stage and production control team must all happen at the right moment.

Sublime’s production approach allowed the appearance to feel natural and effortless while maintaining the professional tone of the symposium. The stage remained visually consistent with the HUGEL brand, while the guest could engage comfortably with the audience.

The moment felt personal for attendees, but it was supported by careful technical preparation behind the scenes.

## The Work Before the Audience Arrives

Successful live production begins long before the first presenter walks onto the stage.

Equipment placement, signal routing, screen calibration, audio testing, lighting focus, camera positioning, content checks, rehearsals, cue preparation, and communication protocols all influence the final result.

The production control position became the operational centre of the event. From presentations and branded content to camera coverage and guest appearances, every transition was monitored and executed in real time.

Detailed pre-production made it possible for the technical team to respond quickly to changes without interrupting the flow of the program.

## Why Integrated Production Matters

Corporate conferences and professional forums often involve multiple creative and technical partners. When stage, audio, video, lighting, content, and show operations are managed separately, clients can find themselves coordinating several vendors while also trying to manage their own event.

Sublime approaches the entire room as one connected production environment.

By bringing technical planning, stage design, audiovisual systems, camera production, content playback, and on-site execution under one direction, we reduce unnecessary handoffs and maintain a consistent standard from the initial concept to the final cue.

The H.E.L.F. production demonstrates how thoughtful event design and reliable technical execution can transform a professional symposium into a complete brand experience.

For organizations planning a medical conference, corporate forum, product presentation, leadership meeting, or special guest event in Toronto and the GTA, Sublime provides the creative direction and technical production required to deliver a clear, engaging, and professionally managed experience.
